E-Accreditation

eAccreditation™ is a state-of-the-art, Web-based management system that organizes, documents and manages the entire accreditation process - from an on-line self-study to a virtual site visit - using a comprehensive, systematic approach.
Accreditation in Games Management System is a multifaceted system established to organize selection processes used in selecting personel during the games.
Facilities used during the accreditation process include:
1.Participants
Detailed information relating to all personel involved including countries, committees, officials, athletes, media, volunteers, sponsors, workforce, supporting staff and spectators.

Supporting staff includes secretaries, interpreters, drivers, messengers, and technicians. Important personel in media include journalists and photographers.

The facility will help organizers gather information on participants’ needs and provide the best event through meticulous and comprehensive planning.

2.Quota
Detailed information relating to the number of personel allowed to participate in each sporting event, including information on regulations relating to the number of participants, supporting team, coaches, and others.

The facility will assist organizers in determining how many participants from each country as well as a whole are allowed to participate in the event. It also manages the games system as well as game schedules. In addition, the system will prove to be effective in managing each sporting event.

3.Organizations
Detailed information relating to the organization system and other event-related information including rules and regulations.

The facility will assist organizers in managing the event with an appropriately structured system.


4.Roles
Detailed information relating to the selecting system used in the accreditation process in choosing members of all parties involved including officials, athletes, volunteers, and media.

Included in the facility is an identification system used in the accreditation proses. Results from the system will be applied in labelling processes such as for ID Cards.

The facility will assist organizers to determine the level and types of access for every personel, which in turn will largely contribute towards a more controlled and structured event. Things to consider in the access-control process includes zones; activities; facilities etc.

5.Application and Approval
Detailed information relating to how the accreditation process is managed for each personel including regulations relating to data gathering and verifications.

Included here are forms to be completed by each personel. Information needed is such as personal information, life history, achievements, background, motivation  etc.

All information gathered through this process will be used as a guideline in the placement processess during accreditation. Applicants will be categorized based on their role and function.

Collected information can only be accessed by the organizers.

The facility will assist organizers in selecting personels in each activity. Moreover, information gathered in the facility will determine whether applicants are qualified to serve in the event.

6.Identification System
Detailed information relating to the identification system used on all personel involved in the event, including regulations, procedures, supervision etc.

The facility will assist organizers in selecting personel to be involved in the event as well as in determining specific criterias accordingly.

7.ID Card
Detailed information relating to the identification cards used by each personel, including information about the appropriate type of cards for each type of personel, information that will be included on the identification cards, facility-clearance given to each personel etc.

The facility will assist oraganizers in supervising and inspecting all personel in regards to where and which events they can access. The identification card allows all participants and personel access to all facilities where they have clearance.

8.Zone, access, facilities, event, area, etc.
Detailed information relating to how all areas, activities, and supporting information are organized. In this respect, supporting information includes types of sport/activities, facilities, areas etc.

The Facility will assist organizers in managing different areas, categorizing these areas according to different needs, and ensuring that each activity is run as planned.

9.Operation
Detailed information relating to the operational system that will used during each activity, at each location and all related regulations.

The facility will assist organizers in managing various activities and in developing field operational-planning.

10.Media services
Detailed information relating to all regulations related to media services and access granted to each media personel.

The facility will assist organizers in providing information relating to regulations and conditions to all media personel. Other information includes the types of facilities that the media is permitted to use.
