Football: Indonesia 3 - 1 Thailand

Indonesia defeated 9-man Thailand 3-1 at Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan, Jakarta (Sunday, 13/11). Goals from Titus Bonai (33'), Patrich Wanggai (63') and Ferdinan Sinaga (90') sent Indonesia to the semi-finals as one of the top two teams of Group A.

Thailand were reduced to nine men as Teerathorn Bunmathan was sent off after just 12 minutes and Ekkasit Chaobut in the 74th minute.

Indonesia lead the group with a maximum nine points, followed by defending champion Malaysia with seven points, Singapore with four points, Thailand with three points and Cambodia zero.

With only one match left, Indonesia needs only a draw against Malaysia to finish on top of group A.
