Bedugung Falls

It goes without saying that South Sumatra is one the richest natural resources areas in Indonesia as it is famous for its coal and natural gas. However, its natural assets are not limited to mining as it is also home to one of the most exquisite natural destinations, Bedugung Falls which is located South of Muara Enim. After a three hours drive from Palembang, accessing the site is quite easy as tourists are provided with a 600 meter footpath leading to the bottom of the waterfall.

BedugungFallsis certainly amazing to visit as tourists will be pampered by its fresh breeze, revitalizing visitors as it carries with it, a fresh spray of water from the falls. Water source to the tallest South Sumatra’s waterfall is a spring supplying abundant amount of fresh cool water. After graciously falling for 99 meters downwards, the water provides another spectacle for tourists as after reaching the bottom, it speeds down the river as if to show of its magnificent beauty.
