Pacific Place

 

Pacific Place is located in the Sudirman Central Business District and is situated next to the Ritz Carlton Hotel as well as the One Pacific Place Office Center – all connected through the underground tunnel in the basement.  Pacific Place offers you an extremely convenient place for shopping, dining, and leisure. In addition, the mall can accomodate you for various events as it has its own ballroom on the fourth floor. Moreover, you can also go shopping at Kem Chicks supermarket. As word of suggestion, if you plan to do a lot of grocery shopping park the car in the basement near the supermarket exit as you are not allowed to take the trolley through the mall. Whatever it is you wish to do here, you can – and with style.

Speaking of health, or sanitary in this particular matter, someone who worked with developers once told us something very interesting. “Do not judge malls by their exterior features and stores. If you really want to know whether the owner has truly commited to building a ‘quality mall,’ just check out their toilets!” Why? “A rich owner with loads of money is capable of offering you lavishness in every single aspect you can think of. Luxurious stores and restaurants are everywhere nowadays, but only rich owners are willing to spend extra on building high quality public bathrooms that practically cover all of your sanitary needs.

There is so much more to be found in Pacific Place enabling you to walk from one shop to another while having ocassional coffe breaks and several meals if you wish to. Needless to say, first-time visitors will probably lose their way. Therefore, we encourage you to look for their staff or security personnel who their guarantee will be very helpful. Another option is to talk to someone at our information centers. But if you don’t speak Indonesian you’ll find that our directory boards are very useful.
